Log into your Zeenwoman account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, accessories, and promotional inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5 to 7 business days.
